- JDJuan DiegoApr 1, 20261.0I was very excited to order lunch today and Nicole met me with nothing with pure attitude. I remain respectful wherever I go and she over charged me for my simple sandwich and dismissed my request to fix it by being rude. Overall horrible service.

A friend of mine placed an order through the app with the correct address, paid for it, and had everything clearly confirmed on their end. When they arrived, Nicole claimed the order didn’t show up on her system and refused to make the sandwich. What made it worse was that my friend tried to show her the proof on the app, but Nicole didn’t even bother to look at it. There was no effort to investigate, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no sense of accountability. Instead, she came across as rude and dismissive. As a manager, you’re expected to handle problems professionally and help customers find solutions—not ignore them. This experience felt neglectful and unprofessional, and it definitely left a bad impression. Do better Nicole :/ and please show up to work with a better attitude

- DSDerek SandersMar 2, 20261.0Red hair, long nail lady making sandwiches must be confused. Maybe she’s new to having hands. Perhaps she could also read better if her lashes weren’t in her eyes. She’s worried about being dressed to impressed and we just want the food we pay for. I had a very simple order and somehow the person behind me still ended up paying and leaving before I got my sandwich. There’s 4 people behind the counter and my food still ended up in the wrong bag. Also easily the sloppiest sandwich ive ever had for someone who took their time to make it. they had a steady flow of customers but they weren’t swamped to I don’t understand the issue.
