Can't read instructions to make a sandwich and then gets defensive acting like she was in the right! On top of that, the employees don't understand English. Unbelievable customer service. I'd like to speak with a DM or someone higher in the chain. Haven't had customer service like this in years.

I ended up leaving because after 5 minutes of just standing there, she didn't even look up or had the courtesy to say hello. "I'll be right with you," nothing. Customer service is dead and it's because of employees like this.
