  Was looking forward to cooking something at home today, but I got off work late so I decided to order some food for pick up. My boyfriend gets there and tell me not only was the staff rude (especially the girl in the front) and unprofessional laughing at an order that was left sitting there for hours and offered it to another customer, they still hadn’t made our order after we had ordered it an hour before and the app said it was ready for pick up. Had to wait another half hour to get our food just for them to skimp on the sandwhiches and try to say they didn’t have certain items. I’ve worked fast food before and I’m highly disappointed that they don’t care enough about their jobs to get it done right. How is there more than 6 people working and nothing getting done. Lucky this place hasn’t yet been shut down.

  I ordered on the app for pickup. Just to get to the store and wait for them. To make the order from the receipt. As the lady made the sandwich, she said, it's gonna take about 20 min what's the point of me ordering for pickup? If my order's not ready, just for me to. We an additional 30 min for a half ass order and by the way, the store had two customers already eating.When I got there didn't have the right bread didn't have the right cookies.Didn't right have the right chips

  I find it absolutely ridiculous that I put an order in 3 different times and all 3 got cancelled for whatever reason on the systems part NOT mine. Not complaining once about my money but asking if they can honor a coupon and they tell me no because it HAS TO be online. I’ve worked at subway and know this isn’t true. I don’t see why they couldn’t honor it considering I spent $60 and didn’t complain once about my money being refunded to me!

  Stopped by at 7:07 pm at the drive thru on a Sunday. Saw zero costumers inside as I passed the front. No one answered to take my order. Pulled up to the front and saw three different costumers walk in. Went to the back again to order at the drive thru just to tell me the drive thru is closed. Location doesn’t close until 10pm

  I stopped by this morning to get their meatball Monday and to begin they just had wheat bread! I also asked for pickles and black olives on the side and got pickles on the side and black olives in the sandwich!! Then I get to the window and the young lady has an attitude! If you don’t like your job go elsewhere!! Never again will I be going to this place even though it’s in my neighborhood! ✌️
