  I know it’s probably not the employees’ fault, but this was a really frustrating experience. When I walked in, they were only accepting cash, the soda machine wasn’t working, and the toaster was down. I ordered Italian bread but was given a different kind that was burnt. They also didn’t have mayo, although the employee did offer mayo packets they had on hand, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the experience was disappointing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else—this location really needs improvement.

  They haven't fixed the toaster for several months, the ice machine doesn't work, and now they only accept cash because the debit/credit machine is not working. Just close this place and stop wasting people's time.

  Tried to order online. Order was declined, but it still took the money out of my bank account. So now Im out $50 until whenever and I can't even order the food from here or anywhere because it took my damn money. Employee can't do anything for me and NO Manager on shift. Pissed off with hungry kids. Someone owes me for this inconvenience.

  This subway is sooo terrible you almost need to go there just to experience it. The employees are horrible. The bread, meat, and veggies you can clearly tell is weeks old. I took two bites out of my $25 pile of garbage and threw it away. I seriously cant believe this place passes inspection. I would write more but I'm at a loss for words. I have tried this place 3 times in the past 2 months and it has been the same every time. Never again.
