  For all the bad reviews…same! Have been here twice thinking maybe it was a bad day, but no, the service was awful, drinks had no flavor. They need to change the workers. Not coming to THIS SONIC again

  I placed my order in the app and it said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. The app said it would be ready by 4:48 pm. It is now 5:24 and I am still standing by their door waiting for my food. There is no option to cancel your order in the app, so you have no options but to wait for your food or take the loss. We paid $19.97 for two drinks, two snacks, and a burger. It ended up taking 40 minutes to get my food after speaking to two car hops and a manager, and we got cold food. The mozzarella sticks were not stringy, the burger was completely cold, and the onion rings were lukewarm at best. The Route 44 root beer had no carbonation and my coconut sweet tea had no coconut and was watered down. I wouldn’t be surprised if my order had been sitting on the shelf the entire time. I got a manager and they said the money would be refunded by tomorrow “probably.” We ended up going to the Dyer Sonic and it took us 5 MINUTES from time of order to getting our steaming hot food.
