  came here a while back in the afternoon and I forgot to give it a review it took 19 minutes to get my food and the person taking my order was just on their phone the whole time taking his sweet time. I think his name was Sebastian is that someone told me. the people cooking was no their fault but more like the person handing it out. it looked like he almost didn't care. if I could give it a zero star I wish I could.

  Came to this location to pick up a Doordash order for literally 1 drink, and nothing even customized, just a basic soda. Instructions were to pull into a stall and press the red button to order, and NOT to go into the drive thru. I pulled into a stall and pressed the button. After waiting for about 3 minutes I pressed the button again, and still got no help. I even asked into the speaker if anyone was there. I had to go to a completely different stall after waiting almost 10 minutes. They were not even busy, there were 2 other cars parked in stalls who already had their food, and 1 car in the drive thru. As soon as I went into another stall I was helped instantly. I double checked the stall I had been in previously, the button and screen were active and working. This location really needs to work on their response time and service to customers. It's completely ridiculous to have to wait over 10 minutes for a basic single drink order that was already completed before I even arrived.

  Everytime I come to this sonic it’s always an inconvenience the staff with an attitude food is either cold or burnt. And apparently now I have to come back because they forget to put the full order in the bag?! Wont forget to mention I waited 15 min to get the rest of my food This is bullshit.

  I keep trying to give this Sonic chance after chance, but its getting old. There is always something wrong with my order. If I order lemons in my drink, I get Limes. I ordered a burrito and it wasnt even wrapped correctly. It had the tortilla and eggs falling out of the wrapper. As prices for everything continue to rise, its frustrating when you dont get what you pay for. Please listen to the orders because you would want them to get your order right!

  Horrible came in the night it’s supposed to be 24 hours no one helped we waited 10 minutes. And we received no communication nothing horrible never will be here again tell your employees to actually work. saw the guys hide in the back of the store once they saw us pull up
