Your employee threw a drink at an old lady! Fix this! Make it right! This is unacceptable!
Other employees had to hold the employee because she was trying to come out the window and do more damage after she had already thrown the drink!
We will continue these reviews untill we receive a response from corporate!

Just had an employee throw a drink at my mom. Manager intervened afterwards but nothing was addressed to my mom about the situation. Currently in the process of pressing charges. Completely unprofessional. This locating needs better staff and better management. DO NOT go to this Sonic.

If I could leave 0 I would AND EXPECT MORE REVIEWS LIKE THIS! Their employee threw a drink at my old mom and management is protecting the employee by refusing to give the name because conveniently they “forgot” to give my mom a receipt after their employee threw a smoothie at my mother. Mind you, my mom did not throw anything at the employee only told her that she did not have to give her so much attitude. The employee responded by saying my mom didn’t have to give attitude to her, but my mom was not giving attitude. She was simply speaking loudly because the employee said she couldn’t hear her. They gave my mom two smoothies. My mom was nice enough to tell them. She only ordered one. This warranted the employee to throw the smoothie at my old mom. My mother is pressing charges, but this place Of business is refusing to give the name. Frankly, if you’re not gonna give the name and you’re stating that you fired her, we’re not gonna believe you. Yes, my mother threw it back and that’s the least that that employee deserved. We spoke to the police and we will proceed with charges. We also spoke to corporate, and we will not stop until we are given the name of the employee who assaulted my mother. Do yourself a favor and order at another sonic because clearly they don’t bother at training their employees when it comes to customer service. We all get angry customers And at most places of employment, you are trained on how to handle this. Disgusting on the part of the management. You threw the drink at the wrong woman

horrible service, had to wait 2 hours for our food, then assistant manager refused to give us our food then proceeded to tell us it was our fault and not theirs.

The assistant manager made me and my friends waste 2hours waiting for our food that we didn’t get and said it wasn’t there fault and refused to remake it
