    It’s 9:53 AM on Tuesday, March 10th. Sonic is listed as a 24-hour location, yet the employee on shift refused to take my order, saying they were “closed” because of too many orders. I understand busy times happen, but this is not what I expect from a 24-hour establishment. What made it worse was the employee’s attitude—rude and dismissive instead of helpful. I would have been fine if I’d been treated with basic courtesy, but that was not the case. Disappointed.

    2/5/26 I stopped in after work (approx. 4:45 PM), parked in stall, and pushed the Red Button to start my order…And waited. After a few minutes of nobody taking my order, I noticed the display was back to the home screen. I pushed the Red Button a 2nd time to start my order…And waited. A few more minutes of nobody taking my order, and again the display was back to the home screen. I pushed the Red Button a 3rd time to start my order. Please explain why my order wasn’t taken from the beginning.

    I had an awesome experience at Sonic. The order accuracy was perfect, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Everything came out really fast, and it made for a smooth, convenient visit. I’ll definitely be returning!
