  Shout out to the young men working tonight! Very respectful, well-mannered, and polite. We don’t always give enough credit to teenagers working, but they definitely deserve it. Drinks were on point! Will definitely swing by at this sonic eastlake location!

  Last night I went to pick up an order I placed through DoorDash around 11:40 PM. When I arrived at 12:10, they made me wait with another customer, and after about 15 minutes they told me they didn't have my order. They then told me to place the order again, but I couldn't because the app doesn't allow orders after 12. On top of that, the customer service was really bad and unprofessional.

  Amazing service and food was amazing.I went with my husband last Thursday for a quick meal and this sweet girl gave us our order she had such an amazing attitude and super quick 🙏🏾🙌🏾 did not hesitate or looked annoyed when i asked for extra napkins and salt like most people do when you go to drive thru. 10/10!! 🙏🏾🙌🏾

  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I placed an order through DoorDash, and THREE different drivers were told by the restaurant that my order did not exist in their system. Despite this, the app continued to show that my order was being prepared. The drivers even suggested that I cancel and reorder, but the problem is that the app would not allow me to reorder at that point. This caused a lot of confusion, wasted time, and inconvenience. It seems like the restaurant either failed to receive or acknowledge the order, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept denying it to multiple drivers. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this location late at night if they cannot properly manage online orders
