  Came in with my family just for like a special outing. They deserve something special I was greeted by staff management was excellent very attentive to all of our needs checking the tables. My server was Lorraine. She was very knowledgeable in her recommendations. She offered me bread. she asked if I had any special request for appetizers. She gave me her recommendation on dinner items lovely woman. She also asked if I was a member. I told Her not at the moment, but would look into it There were other staff there that were very attentive in refilling up any drinks thank you to Lalo and also thank you to John who was making one of my cocktails that I ordered which the desert bloom is phenomenal. It’s bold and it taste great and it’s a little fruity, but it does the job. All the staff was very wonderful with my kids, bringing them extra crayons and extra paper to keep them little mind occupied. This place is definitely a 10 star restaurant for me. I enjoy it a lot. I love bringing my family here. Thank you for an awesome service.

  We went to this restaurant for Easter Sunday. Hoping to have an enjoyable meal. This was not the case. We ordered two ribeye steaks. The steaks had so much salt that it was difficult to taste them. The tortilla soup had no taste. The salad was good as was the bread but that's it. We ordered a bottle of Malbec to go with the steak. We got a cheap corkless bottle that is worth around $8 for almost 40 Dollars. We would not have minded if the wine had been good. But it was bad. It had started to turn. It had been refrigerated and difficult to taste initially. I have never had a bad bottle of Malbec until now. When I told the waitress and then the manager if we could exchange it for a different bottle, he said no. That he could not take back an open bottle. Really??? We did not bother mentioning anything about the rest of the food as it was made perfectly clear that good food and drink, customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority. This made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would definitely never recommend this place. It is very expensive for what it is. For the same price you can go to much nicer places and places where a customer is treated well and with respect.

  Me and my wife came here, for our first time. We absolutely love this place! Service was fantastic! We had the best server"Lorraine" she went above and beyond for us, even got us extra information about our drinks and food and how we could make them ourselves. The manager mike, was attentive kept visiting the tables, making sure everything was perfect.😁 I have absolutely no complaints about it!

  My partner and I had an amazing meal. Everything was so flavorful and rich. The ribeye was probably the juciest steak I have ever had. The service was amazing too. All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful, but Ms. Anastasia was particularly attentive, conversational, and quick. I would recommend Saltgrass to anyone who asked. Thank you all for making our anniversary so special!
