Will not order delivery Again w this attitude. Takes over an hour to have food delivered and staff gets orders ready WAY TO EARLY...food/ribs cold by the time of delivery!!! If order being delivered in an HOUR wait til closer to driver picks up order so FOOD can still be HOT and not so greasy.

I was served two pounds of unrendered fat instead of properly smoked point. As someone who knows how a brisket should be rendered, this was a failure. It felt like I was being laughed at while paying for scrap. Won't be back to waste money on leftovers.

I kindly asked the cashier if she would honor them and was polite enough to check with her manager. The manager (a slender bald man with a baseball hat) quickly looked towards me and then vouchers and asked he to tell me no. I understand policy but he could have at least been kind enough to say it himself rather than hide behind his employee. Foods good, staff is good leadership isn’t leading.
