  Will never go to Pizza Hut again. They wanted to charge me $1.00 for crushed red pepper packets for take out.

  Ordered off the Pizza Hut app- it said 20-25 min delivery time - after 1 hour still no pizza . Called and they said that the door dash driver had not picked it up and I would need to wait for door dash driver . I didn’t order thru door dash , she said to call back in 5 mins to see if a drive came - called back and still no driver , at this point it has been almost 2 hours since I ordered . I told her to cancel and send me a receipt - she said she couldn’t send a refund receipt since it was thru door dash - once again , ordered thru the Pizza Hut app and not door dash - she was very rude and said if I wanted a receipt I would need to drive to location . I am here visiting and did not have a car and am staying at a hotel 5 mins from location. At 7 pm , three hours after I ordered and cancelled , two door dashers called me within 10 mins of each other upset because the ordered was cancelled and it was impacting their scores . I really don’t care about their scores since I did NOT order from door dash . Over all horrible experience, hungry kids . Dissatisfied with Pizza Hut and how they handle these situations . Last time I ordered from a different Pizza Hut , the delivered an empty box … I will not be ordering from this location or any Pizza Hut location ever again- I expect a full refund ,whoever I spoke with said it would take three weeks . Three weeks and no refund receipt it actually pretty ridiculous.

  Service was horrible. Person working was turning down all customers for dine in. Customers were waiting just to place an order for carry out. The worker just wanted to close and go. Didn’t care about the customers. This is why Pizza Hut is going down the drain. Poor dining experience and customer service. On top of that he charged my order wrong I over paid by a good 10.00 on my ticket. Didnt bother to fight it.
