  order today a thin crust pizza with extra sauce and chesse sticks,pizza was like a hard cookie, dry and cheese sticks no chesse no flavor, i called the store and a guy told me i had to bring the pizza to the store or send him photos on his cell to see if he can give a refund, i was 4 miles from the store in my house so i send him the photos iam dowloading here but bo refund , i always love pizza hut but today was terrible the food and customer service

  Downloaded app and ordered for pick up at a later time. Picked up pizza didn't bother opening box at restaurant. Got home and pizza was dry and over cooked or sat at counter for hours. This is the worst pizza ive I've ever had! Ive never been a big fan but wanted to give it a shot especially for some of the deals they have on app. Totally disappointed! Never ever going again.

  Ordered online, got a phone call about 10min before it was suppose to be ready saying they no longer had large pizzas. He gentleman told me if it was ok if they made me 2 medium pizzas in replacement of the large pizzas. I told him that was fine and how long will it take. He said about 10min, that was not the case when I got there. I waited 25min and when I finally got home the pizzas looked like they had been sitting for hours, flat, cold, no flavor. It was pretty bad to say the least. I totally understand he was trying to fix a problem but it ended up backfiring and they sent out a product that was completely not up to par from what I'm use to getting at pizza hut.

  I was there picking up an order and said 15 minutes. I’ve been here more than 25 minutes!!! No excuse if they have the doordash app telling them how much time they need to complete. Oh they are taking more time because they forgot to add jalapeños and had to mane another pizza. Very bad service and they are not even busy. Not one person eating here to keep me wakting that long!
