  Love this location, friendly staff help me take my order to my vehicle my order was ready on time to pick up kids from band practice great service.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family experienced at your restaurant. We arrived at approximately 7:30 PM and were not greeted or assisted until 7:45 PM. After placing our order, we did not receive our drinks until 8:05 PM. By 8:25 PM, we still had not received our food, and my husband had to go to the counter to ask about it—only to find our order sitting at the end of the oven. It is important to note that the restaurant was not busy at the time. When we finally received our food, it was barely warm. As someone who previously worked as an Assistant Manager for Pizza Hut, I understand the standards your company upholds, and this experience fell far below those expectations. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer care your brand is known for. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.   What a waste of my time. Horrible customer service, lack of awareness and attention towards potential customers. Do better. …I walked out, after waiting for a server , for dine in…never again will come to this location.
