- MPMalorie Perkins1 day ago1.0All servers seemed like they did not care to be there. I could tell my server Angel was new but he was not attentive. Food got cold waiting for him to come back with sauces, napkins etc, but he never came back, ever.

- KRKL .RMar 15, 20262.0I have always enjoyed myself & family when we went to Outback Steakhouse in the past. It is really sad how things have changed from those times at Outback Steakhouse. I had to get up and go get the eating utensils for the four of us from another table after the server (& trainee) gave us our Blooming Onion. My steak was overcooked and very dry and tough. The dryness of the steak was due to the steak being previously frozen. Sadly, I had to send it back. The next steak was better, but still not up to par for what it SHOULD have been. Then they tried to charge me for the steak that I couldn't eat and sent back. Then the table next to ours had the same issues with their steaks and sent them back. Idk if they had to train a new cook that night too, or maybe they should just invest into hiring a CHEF instead! At least a chef would know his job and how to prepare the steaks/food as per ordered.
- LRluis kena riveraMar 14, 20261.0So Disappointed ,party of 9 with 4 adults 5kids ,YOUNG manager told us it was going to be about an hour before we get a table ,with restaurant not even half full ,because they had only 3 servers and they couldn’t do anything, this young guys don’t want to work no more , and it was 2 hours before closing not even shy , i wish the owner was there to see they turned us down ,we like to go often and its the first time it happens to us , thatnks for saving me $300 bucks
