  As a doordasher that comes to this location frequently, what happened today was not nessary. A lady manager that helped was rude to not only myself but other customers around. The service provided was not up to standards to what the store says they should provide. I went in today to pickup a an order at 12:38p.m having known that the order is ready at 12:40p.m. Before I can finish saying the name, the manager gave attitude stating "I just received the order okay." As I tell her to not worry about it, she walks off and proceeds to say, "she's here for the order an it's not ready yet. I don't get why they get here if it's not even ready." I understand if someone is having a bad day, we all have them; however, the comments mentioned were not nessary. Some dasher like to get there early because they are right around the corner and others like myself do it because the on time rate goes high for higher ranked dashing. I don't think it's fair that after telling my husband that she was giving attitude, he had to go in and ask who was giving attitude. As soon as that happened, the manager all of a sudden treated me "nicely." No matter what job you got I think the service provided should matter. I will bring this up with corporate, and let them know the name of the manager that attended me. Is not fair to me, it's not fair to the other customers there, and it's not fair for the company. Thank you.

  By far The worst experience I’ve had in a McDonald’s! I had to send my hamburgers back twice after ordering in the drive-through because they were not hot and the cheese was literally ice cold. After walking in and explaining this, they then brought two more burgers out to me for the third time wrong cheese was melted, but there is no mustard, ketchup, pickles anything on it! I will never eat a McDonald’s again not only do they make you order your own food but they also screw you over in the drive-through and nobody cares. That’s the world we live in! The soda is the only thing that made it after I drove away with my money back!
