  It’s absolutely insane how I’ll order a meal from the screen. A burger without cheese and just ketchup and mayo. I’ll triple check my order before paying and I’ll still get a burger with cheese! They can’t even get a simple order from the screen correct and this is not the first time they have messed this up!

  This store better hope that ‘Eric’ doesn’t quit. This one kid literally was holding the place together. He was running (literally running) orders out to tables, ‘fixing’ all of the order errors and doing it all with the patience of a saint. Shame on this McDonalds’ management for staffing the restaurant so lean. Eric, I hope you move on to use your talents at a place that values your excellent work ethic.

  The service was so bad, and I got home and all my fries were cold and over cooked. I had to bring it up to their attention twice that my order was wrong and they still couldn't get anything right. I didn't get any straws for 6 drinks. Never going back.

  Probably the slowest McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. I try to be understanding and assume they might be short staffed, but this happens every single time I visit. The wait times are consistently excessive, and it seems like many customers in the area experience the same issue. If corporate sees this, please consider addressing the staffing or operational issues at this location, or consider opening another location nearby to help with the demand. This has clearly become a recurring problem.
