- JGJulez GMar 31, 20261.0I went to go order a double big mac meal, it took them like 25 min to give me my meal, and when i get home it wasn't a double big Mac meal it was a regular bigmac but it said double on the sticker but it was a regular one, so i paid for a double big Mac meal n only got a regular one lol place ripped me off and charged me more for what they gave me so bad customer service n the manager just laughed at me when i went to ask for a refund

Never heard of a McDonald's charging extra for ordering an arnold palmer. We ordered a full meal n an extra hash brown n only received 1. They had no orange juice. I mean what type of establishment are u guys running.

Even when their lobby is closed, they’ll go out of their way to install a ring doorbell just so they don’t give you the order at window. Ronald McDonald is the mascot, but the real clowns are management and the employees with their mid service 🗑️

We’ve placed multiple orders on different days, and every time the sauces are incorrect or missing entirely. We’ve asked for extra ketchup and honey hot and received no sauces at all. Ordered BBQ and were given buffalo sauce. Ordered honey hot and got hot mustard sauce. These aren’t one-time mistakes — this keeps happening. After several chances, it’s clear there’s a serious lack of attention to detail.
