  Went to order at the drive thru and the person taking the order was rushing me Then we got to the window the employees were annoyed with us. To top it off the order was incorrect and their faces told is how annoyed they were. NOT friendly, unprofessional and we are never returning to this lication.

  Always messes up my order no matter what, I went to this location and ordered 3 items and they somehow didn’t get the order correct ordered a water cup and received ice no water, I also didn’t get one of my items. -10/10 no matter the time they will mess my order up by leaving items out or not correctly making it

  This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Twice I had to go inside for my curbside order and it was sitting in the counter. Then if I don’t order from curbside I could literally order one burger and fries and they’ll ask me to pull off and wait another 10 minutes just to get the order and then today I pulled up to the drive thru and no one ever came to take my order I yelled hello several times and no one ever came so I had to drive to the window

  Ive been there 3 times to take my Kid to playground and the 3 times that ive had order food they never bring it to my table they take forever and when i go check they have it on the side , they dont tell us to pick it up they supposed to take it to the table thats what the numbers are for, and I wasn't the only person there was another one who Told me the same

  Today 3/15 at around 11pm I pulled up to the drive through and I wasn’t sure if it was open since it took what felt like a whole minute to get acknowledged. However that was not the off putting part. The guy handling DT only came in to answer , in an annoyed mumble “McDonald app today?” . IMMEDIATLY put off. I stayed there hesitating in whether I wanted to order because I encounter him every time I go around this hour. He’s very rude. Mumbles, shows he has no care about the job. I ended up leaving to the McDonald’s down the highway, because I’m tired of people lacking any sort of customer service. To top it off when I drove off I saw that same guy on his phone by the window with no other care in the world, another McDonald’s down the drain.
