  This review contains my experiences over the past year or so: The food is normal. The service during hanks high school lunch time is horrible. These workers get overwhelmed and can't manage people's orders. First time I went, I ordered in the app. In the app, i selected "table service" meaning they were supposed to BRING ME MY FOOD TO MY TABLE. However, I waited around 10 minutes, to realize my food has been sitting there ready for "pick up". Decided to give this place a second chance, today. Ordered a large vanilla with my meal. Received a medium vanilla. Didn't even receive a receipt in the bag either. Wasn't given a straw for the shake. (Edit on march 19) placed a pickup order with a drink in it, and they don't know to give a straw with a drink for a pickup order. Had to sip the iced coffee and freeze my lips and teeth. (Edit on march 25 2026) this location, again during hanks lunch time, gave me a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe with ONE patty. The workers apparently can't read or don't know what double means. There was 2 slices of cheese on it, but no 2nd patty. I contacted mcdonalds who contacted this franchise and have yet to receive any compensation as of April 2nd.

  The burger was A double cheese burger that I got with the 5$ meal and it was over salted. The fries were stale and just not good just like the chicken nuggets there was something off with the chicken. There was bits of unidentified parts of the chicken. In the nugget. The one by my house can do much better regret going to this location ya'll gotta catch up and do better.

  I can truly only be mad at myself for ordering the garbage in the first place. However, why can’t people take pride in their work? The burger was completely burnt. Only took one bite and threw it out. Fries were half full. Nuggets were nice and old with no sauce in the bag. To make it all worse this was a DoorDash order so the drink was spilt in the bag upon arrival. Again I can only be mad at myself for choosing to let the impulse win and pay double for a meal that is already too expensive, but come on. Do better.

  Um the soda tastes like you gave me a 75% chemicals and the rest is soda, the burgers are dry, the fries are really cold, they messed up a bundle order and the burgers were practically flying out of the wrapper

  Food is always good when you’re craving it late at night! Unfortunately I had an incident when I placed my order early today. I had asked for a small cup of Mac sauce due to very little Mac sauce put in my burger. (I don’t pay for the price to get very little sauce). Celeste came to the window with a sauce cup of little to no sauce.. had to return to the location because we were missing our French fries of our order and again Celeste was very rude stating she gave us the fries when it was supposed to be two orders and we only had one order of fries. She should do better since she works in customer service.
