    Great customer service. Think she was a Mgr- so polite & helpful. This was back in November when McRib first came out.

    Not sure if they're trying to stay ahead of the crowd, or it's a management process or idk. But the fries are always cold and never fresh. We're paying for the food. The nuggets this time around were also cold. I basically threw money away as neither of us ate the fries.
