    Unfortunately this is the closest one to my home and been going for about 2 years now. The food is standard, but the service is terrible. I usually go through the drive thru between 2:30 PM and 8PM. Food service staff should not have long fake nails or dangling jewelry it is not sanitary. The young girls working at the window hardly ever greet or say thank you at all and my drinks are usually given to me without being wiped off with soda dripping off the sides. I myself am in the service industry as a chef and it’s terrible having to experience this type of service. My daughter loves McDonald’s and she does ask for it quite often. Staff needs to be trained to meet state regulations regarding sanitation and cleanliness starting with their appearance and uniform. I have been scratched by one of the young ladies long nails while being handed my food. Please do something about it and I’ve also found fake lash sticking to the side of my drink.

    They spilt hot coffee on me thru the drive thru i made a incident report. They never got back to me , at this point might seek legal advice

    <<<Zero stars>>> This isn't the first time I have had issues at this Mc Donald's. They are usually very sloppy, rude, and they always get the orders wrong. Beware! Stay and check your order before you leave the restaurant. This time around, same thing happened to me. I ordered a #9 cheeseburger meal, plus an extra cheeseburger, a 6pc nuggets [barbeque sauce] and an "unsweet" tea. Well, the bread on the burgers was burned, so I sent them back. All they did was swap the bread. They even used the same wrapper. Once, I got home, I realized the drink was a sweet tea, which of course I dumped out. The cheeseburgers were all dry and hard because they were the same original burgers. And the sauce on the nuggets was sweet and sour not barbeque. 👎 At the store, when I waited for them to redo the burgers [which they didnt], I heard someone ask if the burgers for the customer were ready and they replied "which ones?". "The burned ones", they replied, then someone answered "yeah we did that on purpose". Then, they all started laughing and giggling like a bunch of little kids. So unprofessional and immature. Bad customer service and very juvenile etiquette. During the weekends they need an older and professional manager in the store. Someone needs to correct and manage these children, who obviously need more and better training.

    We ordered nuggets. A 30 PC WITH FRIES. I asked for it to be well done since last time they were a little under cooked. Well today they made it worse LOL! My nuggets were raw / undercooked. I called to see if something could be done. Jose, I think it’s a manager or shift lead? Just replaced our nuggets and even had the audacity to ask for a receipt when I live 30 minutes away and I just ordered there because I was on my way home. He didn’t replace our fries so our fries are now cold. By far one of the most unpleasant experiences. I know it’s McDonalds but come on, at least some empathy from the Managers… they make everyone a manager nowadays. I just feel disappointed by Jose and his crew on February 26,2026. Also the lady on the drive thru super rude…
