  Love the sandwiches but had a terrible experience. They made the sandwiches, cut and wrapped them, then left them on the counter. This was a To Go order. They made us bag our own food, and were curt when we asked which was which. The only nice and decent person was the cashier. I will never go to that location again.

  Had a large order for a training I was conducting and Jimmy John’s had my catering order ready on time and everything was perfect !! They were very busy when I picked it up but they took care of me with a great attitude. Can’t ask for more than that
