  Went about a month ago with an online order. My sandwich was supposed to be without veggies, they put a ton on it. Had to call And return for a new sandwich. Refused to comp me the sandwich despite having to waste fuel and time to fix their mistake. Complained online and all they did was send feedback to a manager

  This place has the worst customer service. Very aggressive employees. I would definitely recommend there HR to review there employees behavior. Very poor customer service.

  Stopped by and the cashier was very nice and helpful ! Great customer service He had glasses , I believe his name was Andrew , would recommend jimmy johns !

  Has ordered a #12 combo. Sandwhich tasted great but the problem was the lack of food contained with it. Barely had anything in it, sandwich was so empty it was flat instead of round like a sub sandwich is supposed to be. I have ordered this sandwich at many other locations and food portions are good there. Ill never come back to this store because of yhe obvious food skimping, i left the location still hungry.
