  I went in with a promotional offer valid through September 2026 and the manager did not want to honor it because they had received a lot of them last year. The staff were very nice and professional about it, apologizing for the inconvenience. The food is nice but it is a little out of my way which is why I hadn’t used my promotion card. They told me the franchise owner and manager at this location weren’t accepting them anymore and when I asked which location would honor it (the promotion said redeemable at any location) they informed me that the franchise owner owned all 3 locations in EP. I suggest that they give a more accurate date restriction for usage in the future to not cause confusion. You shouldn’t change your mind because you “received a lot last year”. The staff up front were very nice about it though, very apologetic and sincere.

  I love eating here, but my recent experience wasn’t great. The staff member who helped me, Roger, was rude and didn’t bag my food or ask if I wanted to make it a meal. I was having trouble with the menu, and he didn’t try to help at all—he just walked away instead. It would be nice to have staff who are friendlier and more helpful to customers.

  Needed to get lunch in a pinch for my family before a funeral and these guys absolutely nailed it. Really great customer service. Highly recommend

  For starters TERRIBLE costumer service! It was my first time going there since I wanted to try something new and when I got there not even a greeting and such a bad attitude when taking my order, such a very first bad impression.
