- DGDiego Armando Chavez GalvezMar 19, 20261.0the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. one of the guys in the kitchen was talking super loudly and rudely to his coworkers, using a lot of bad language. he was also throwing ice cubes and almost hit me with one. we ordered one of the burgers without mayo, and when i asked them to remake it, he acted very rude, as if it were my fault.
- PGPierre GJan 19, 20265.0Solid Five Guys location. Burgers are consistently fresh, juicy, and cooked to order, and the fries are generous and flavourful. Staff has always been friendly and efficient when I’ve visited. Prices are definitely on the higher side for a fast-casual burger, which is expected with Five Guys, but the quality really makes up for it. The dining area can sometimes feel a bit busy during peak hours, but nothing major. Overall, a reliable spot when you’re craving a good burger and fries and don’t mind paying a little extra for quality.

Lazy and unhygienic establishment to say the least. The tables remained dirty the whole time I was there and they didn’t even have people. Already contacted corporate and the location has not returned my call.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
