- KZKerberos Zen6 days ago3.0I love five guys burgers, as well fries which is a must have here. However, either staff changed or the place changed management but the restaurant is not the mere same since 5 years ago. Must be tough economy but now burgers are so expensive and 6 dollar to make it a meal with soda and fries hurts your pocket. The servers have an attitude that they don't want you here at the store or maybe they have a bad day and lashes back at you, can't really tell but recent staff is very unfriendly. Recently the quality of the burger here fell a lot in comparison to other locations, burgs poorly cooked, the fries are kuch lesser than what you used to get when you buy a birg with fries 5 years ago. Potato is becoming expensive perhaps...? Not all staff is mean, one day was unfriendly and other day was a different staff and different approach, it's a mixed experience at the end.

They had obviously been cooked in oil that was old and rancid. I should've known when there was nobody in the Five Guys at noon, and the Whataburger across the street was packed. I paid 15 bucks for a small hamburger and regular fries with a soda. The burger is served on a cold bun. Gag. Whataburger serves a nice hamburger on a toasted bun. There is a huge difference between a cold piece of bread and a nice warm bun. This was my first visit to Five Guys. It'll be my last.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
