I asked politely to remake the fries and all I got back was attitude. Who goes and spends $60 for cold food ? Mind you the store manager did nothing and was sitting at the tables eating her warm burrito. Service at this location has been going down unfortunately.

I ordered a 3 piece tender combo, and the last time I ordered this combo, the tenders were delicious and well sized. Welp. This time, the food was terrible. First they gave me 2 tenders and a nugget, but even worse, they were kinda dry. Add to this that other times I've been here there's no straws, napkins, the soda machine is literally out of everything. I had to leave this review. Don't come to this wingstop, or any Wingstop at this point. The taste has been going downhill for some time now anyway.

Giving a 1 stars due to the wings being extremely cold, fries were old so we had to air fry em at home to warm them up. It was odd that the wings were ready in 10-15 minutes. Wings were for my fiance who is a chef and works in the food industry. Fresh food last at least an hour. It’s extremely disappointing that the lack of quality isn’t a big priority to this restaurant. When we got there to pick up the food. The employees took a while to even greet me and acknowledged me. 0 stars for customer service and overall experience.
