I called the store manager to explain the issues, but the response was unhelpful. I was told they were “sorry we felt that way,” and since we don’t live close to this location and couldn’t come back for a few days, no replacement was offered. Overall, the food quality and customer service were both poor. I won’t be returning to this location. Update: Wingstop tried to reach out as a reply but nothing else and nowhere to contact. Still unresolved.
