    On New years eve I had placed a pick up order at 2:00 pm. To be ready for 5:00 pm, when I arrived at 5:00 , one of the employees told me I still had to wait 15 minutes. So I did patiently? After the 15 minutes, I went up to the counter once again, then another employee told me I had to wait another 10 minutes, It was very upsetting to me so I began speaking firmly to them and started complaining, then the manager rudely came up to me and told me be nice! I told him how can I be nice when I have a party at home and I still have to wait another 25 minutes for my order? My order was finally ready and he gave it to me and said this is your order check it? So I did only to find out it wrong aswell .inside and told him showing him my receipt and the order I placed on my phone, He then lashed out at me stating that he wasn’t responsible for what was on the app order, and sometime they come out wrong. When all Along it was correct, he turned his back on me and walked away. , he was rude ? Nooo customer service At all. I Had better service from his coworker at the cashier, then he turned around and gave me a whole extra order for free. Well that did not fix the way I was treated at this particular restaurant. That man has absolutely no Customer Service skills no common courtesy he is just a very rude person and shouldn’t be in management let alone servicing people.

    I love going to wingstop but this is hands down the best location ive ever been to, the restaurant is really clean and the wings were ready super quick unlike some other locations. Samuel was very professional and very welcoming, my new favorite location will definitely be coming back to this location only from now on

    Yesterday around 9:30 pm, we tried to have dinner here and the service was terrible. We were told we could only sit at certain tables because they didn’t want to clean the others, even though the place was almost empty. On top of that, the bathrooms were closed, which was especially problematic because an elderly person in our group urgently needed to use them. We were also told there would be a 45-minute wait, which made no sense since the restaurant was empty and there were no delivery drivers waiting for orders. Very disappointing experience. We will not be coming back.

    Never has something like this happened in the times I have gone to this location or anywhere else. Order was placed online for pick up at 6:30pm and was marked to be ready at 7:11pm, I kept in mind there would be some wait so we got there at 7:20pm just to be told the order was gonna be right out. We wait for about 30 minutes watching 3 other people come in and be told their order was picked up and or given away by accident to which the staff made their order right away to fix it. After 40 minutes and seeing so many orders get put out and picked up I decided to ask again about my order (it was around 8:00pm at that point) only for the cashier to look into it and letting the manager know that my order was skipped. They then got working on it “right away”. The manager or the guy helping around let us know that there was a mistake, someone had picked it up or given it away or something, he wasn’t very clear about it but reassured he would throw some free stuff in there for us to make up for the wait and even offered free drinks. It wasn’t until 8:20pm or so that i got my order only to check the bag and see there was no extra stuff my main issue is don’t say you will do one thing and not back it up, i did end up asking the cashier about what i was told only to be given 2 brownies by one of the staff members who got upset at me acting like it wasn’t their fault already. Not only did we wait an hour to get our food, when we got to finally eating the wings they where chewy and when we where in there no staff bothered to ask about our order, not even the first cashier who had attended me the first time who could have realized our order was still not ready. I don’t think we will be returning to this location ever.

    So much for national chicken sandwich day. You dont honor your freebies & when its brought to your attention you check with your manager & they say they dont know. Great managerial skills & follow through.
