Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I had a really disappointing experience at Whataburger due to the service from Kaitlyn B. She was very rude during our interaction she rolled her eyes at me, snatched the cash out of my hand, and didn’t say thank you or show any basic courtesy.
Customer service goes a long way, and this kind of behavior makes customers feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have a similar experience.

Never can go wrong with Whataburger. The blonde drive thru girl is always friendly. Sorry, I miss her name everytime I go.

They forgot my extra pickles. Gave me unsweet tea and diet lemonade.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Whataburger location. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but the employee at the drive thru was extremely unprofessional.
The employee who assisted me, Kayleen, gave me a lot of attitude. When I politely asked for ketchup, she laughed and closed the drive thru window on me twice while I was still speaking. It felt very dismissive and disrespectful.
I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. I expect better customer service and professionalism, especially for something as simple as asking for condiments. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

10000 starts to Andrew for his amazing customer service!!! This location is the best in El Paso! Every time I stop by the customer service is always top notch whether it’s a mobile order or ordering in person, the employees are always happy and pleasant to speak with and my order is ALWAYS correct. Tonight, I messed up by ordering on the app to the wrong location (west side) and the other location was of no help with canceling the order and I was already minutes away from this location. I had just gotten out of a 10 hour shift and just wanted to get home. I explained the situation once I got there and the lady I spoke with was great then Andrew helped process my order and they were both just wonderful! And service was quick and correct despite them being busy, as always!!!
