  Awful service. Took 45 minutes to get me my order (3 cambos) . And still got home and I was missing a drink and the drinks were wrong. I asked why was it taking so long and was told were waiting on fries ... The fries don't look nothing fresh.

  Was detailed in my order and items were missing. Got off to ask for the items that were ordered (extra sauces and jalapeños which were charged for and paid for) and they asked me to prove it. Left me waiting to give me the sauces I had paid for and were missing in my order. Poor customer service

  Employee named by Steven S. messed up my entire order and advised him that he did and he said he will fix it and for me To keep the wrong order and he will come back with the right one …I was told to scoot up and after 30 minutes of waiting I had to let another employee know and said Steven was fixing my order and was advised that Steven left to break at this point i just asked for the manager and told her to give me my money back this is pathetic and poor service and not professional at all !!! I will never come here again to this location !!! So please be aware of you want to save your self a headache and loss of appetite due to all the frustration!!!

  Service is slow, especially through drive-through. Staff will argue with you if you said you ordered something and don’t get it refused to give me a receipt when I asked for it to show that I paid for it go to literally any other Whataburger in the state of Texas.

  I understand that these are kids and they make mistakes. But in order to run a business the manager is in charge to keep the business running like a tight ship. So if I pay for food I expect to see it when I get home. But no it wasn't. So I went back and got my fries. They were polite and courteous I have no problem until I got home and then they marked the burgers wrong. So my family got the wrong burgers. I wasn't going to go back a third time. Been asking for the GM since Sunday and they just ignored me and it's Wednesday. Didn't want to cause a stink, but being dismissed, ignored really sucks so now they loose another star. Not to take it out on the workers cause they are great, food is good the problem is management. Gustavo Flores is the GM. He doesn't care.
