Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Every time I order something extra like a Jalapeño Ranch or a Burger with extra meat they always forget to put it in its soo frustrating cuz if I order something to go, I don't find out im missing something until I get home ohh but, they don't forget too charge the Item!!!!

    It's Always on to much time just to pick up is not readylike always not on time and takes long periods of time to get drive thru even as dine in .it's just to much waste of time some times not always but is often give orders wrong.

    I ordered two Monterrey melts. I customized mine and they put the "special" sticker on it 😉. I thought it tasted good and juicy. I felt they went above and beyond due to giving both ketchup types, napkins and straws in the carryout bag. Not all to-go places do this and I wanted to give a shout out to the team and management 👐

    I took my son Louie for a hamburger at5300 Montana..This is the third time Evelyn Marina M. has taken our drive thru order.. Miss Evelyn is still the same, attentive, polite, nice and has a pretty smile. Evelyn takes our order and makes us want to come back..the hamburger, fries and drink are always fresh and delicious..Thank you Whataburger for having this young lady at the drive thru window.🌺👍🌺

    I ordered a #2 burger with lettuce instead of the bun. I always order it this way at this location, and they usually give me whole lettuce leaves, not chopped. From the beginning, my order was wrong. They didn’t give me the fries, no straw, and the lettuce was not prepared the way I asked (and the way I always get it). This was all through the drive-thru. I had to come back and wait a long time to be helped again. When I tried to explain the issue in Spanish, the employee told me they didn’t understand Spanish and asked me to explain it in English. I explained it in English, and they told me they “don’t do lettuce like that,” even though I clearly told them I order it this way all the time and come here frequently. They said they would check and give it to me correctly. When I finally received my order again, they still gave me chopped lettuce. At that point, I left because I was extremely frustrated and very hungry. On top of everything, they didn’t return my card after charging me until I specifically asked for it back, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The worst part was the customer service. The staff was rude, short, and dismissive. Ironically, the same employee who claimed not to understand Spanish handed me the bag and said in Spanish, “Aquí está tu lechuga.” I waited about 20 minutes total just to be re-helped after my order was messed up. Overall, terrible customer service and a very frustrating experience. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be coming back.
