Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times, incorrect orders, and rude staff, particularly during busy hours.

The only good part of my drive thru visit was the friendliness of the guy taking the order. This location always makes me move to the front door, to make their window times look good. I waited for 2 grilled cheese kid's meals for way too long. There was no one behind me when I was told to move by the door. 3 cars were then helped ...at the window......while I continued to wait. Received lukewarm fries and overcooked sandwiches. I had to go back through the drive-thru to request the ketchup that I asked for the first time. The worst part was the manager standing with her back to the window, and not caring enough to apologize or acknowledge my existence.

Do not eat here! An employee was seen coming from bathroom with his gloves still on! He was wearing an apron so I'm certain he was a cook! Flat out disgusting!
