Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MRMiguel Rubio5 days ago1.0I can’t say anything bad about the food, a standard in Whataburger. But this review is towards customer service and the management I went last night not late around 10 pm no one in line probably 3 people eating, I was standing ready for someone to take my order after 20 minutes of no response, and asking if they were actually open, I got some really bad looks from everyone there, a manager walked by pushed some buttons on the register looked at me and walked away. I had to walk away and leave, for me service means everything, all I got say is training all around.

- CCChieflopez08Mar 6, 20261.0The restaurant needs more training in customer service and food quality. When I placed an order, I didn’t receive the majority of it. I called the restaurant shift manager, but they didn’t seem to care about the issue. They just told me to call a different number.
- JMJ MendozaFeb 27, 20261.0This whataburger is SO STINGY with their sauce unless you ask for a specific amount they won't give it to you and even when I go in person they leave before I can even get the chance to ask. Its not that hard to ask for a specific amount and it CERTAINLY shouldn't be hard to read for the online orders, this is the fifth time I've had an issue with them. 😡
- AMAnthony MercadoFeb 18, 20261.0My wife paid for a #13 MEAL. And was told that they ran out of Gravy. Which is already paid for with the meal, so my wife asked for a buffalo and ranch. The girl at the counter proceeded to tell her she has to charge her for the buffalo sauce. Even though it’s THIER fault they were out or gravy. When I asked why they would charge when they’re the ones who aren’t providing what’s on the menu ahead replied with “ I don’t know “. I also asked her who and if the store manager was there and she IGNORED me. Fries were stale as well. Just figured I’d leave the review since to me, if I pay for something that comes with a meal, I’d expect to get all that’s said, that’s included. 2/17/2026 10:27 PM
