They just need to close this place down or force the owner to sell… The soda was good… everything else was horrible… old stale warm wilted tomatoes, wilted lettuce, soggy bun, undercooked greasy burger patties, undercooked fries with no seasoning… horrible… it’s not like Whataburger gives their food away either… it’s expensive, so it’s twice as frustrating when you go to a well known franchise like Whataburger and pay hard earned money for something not fit for a dog….

Brotherrrr. This location is so consistent… on messing up. We’ve resorted to ordering inside and even then they don’t get our orders right. Daira was the one that gave us our food without ketchup and she told us to next time ask for the cups at the front counter, I mean we would if there was someone there to begin with. Can’t the manager on duty have better oversight? Order# 2089038

They sometimes forget special instructions on your orders so it’s best to check before you leave the counter or drive thru . However in most cases they will replace the order if it is wrong and you aren’t able to get back to the store ( if you are traveling long distances for food)

We came through the drive through yesterday afternoon. The order taker was rude from the start and when she couldn’t hear my drink order she replied what “what?” Then when I received my food the large fries I ordered could’ve definitely fit into a medium but my burger was fine. I go to this location plenty of times and always have an amazing experience but this one time. Please make sure that orders a fulfilled before sending them out and if you have employees that are rude please place them in other parts where they do not have to speak with others meaning customers
