  Don't go there twice they're giving me the wrong order I'm not driving back I suggest you don't go there anymore I won't. I called the number to that store and they don't answer I want my money back this single burger was not $11.03

  It’s 8 hardly any cars just the employees and two cars in the drive through including mine, and we order and they tell us to pull up to the sign. We waited 20 minutes for our food, they forgot our drinks, she was annoyed we asked for them, didn’t let us finish talking because we were missing other stuff, when she came back we asked for everything we needed and she was mad. We had told her that our food was just thrown in the bag and all the fries were out of the bag and she proceeded to tell me “sorry we’re in a rush” keep in mind so cars in the parking lot except the two employees, mine and another person who was in the driveway. Looked at my recipe charged us 80¢ for a large drink and she didn’t ask what size we wanted, ordered a biggie bag as well and was charged an extra 30¢ for med fries on top of the 1$ they charged for two sauces that we didn’t ask for, granted these are Pennys in losing but still, every little thing adds up

  They close early, shut off monitors at 1am. When clearly online and on the app shows 2am closing time. I pull up on the dt to pick up an online order and its closed. They took about 15 minutes to finally come to the window saying they close early now. I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was no manger just employees. They accepted my order on the app and was processed it did not let me cancel. I also call the the restaurant the next day and no answer. Wendy's what is going on???

  The manager with orange hair got my order wrong, then proceeded to still charge me for a barbecue sauce. When I gave her back the nuggets order she got wrong, she tossed them in the trash. From my understanding, fast food establishments shouldn’t take back food from customers after they’ve touched them. She didn’t apologize for getting my order wrong and was extremely rude when handing me back the bag of nuggets. Save yourself the time and anger and don’t go to this location. They need a new manager.
