- COCarol OlivasDec 7, 20251.0They close early, shut off monitors at 1am. When clearly online and on the app shows 2am closing time. I pull up on the dt to pick up an online order and its closed. They took about 15 minutes to finally come to the window saying they close early now. I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was no manger just employees. They accepted my order on the app and was processed it did not let me cancel. I also call the the restaurant the next day and no answer. Wendy's what is going on???

When I gave her back the nuggets order she got wrong, she tossed them in the trash. From my understanding, fast food establishments shouldn’t take back food from customers after they’ve touched them. She didn’t apologize for getting my order wrong and was extremely rude when handing me back the bag of nuggets. Save yourself the time and anger and don’t go to this location. They need a new manager.
