When I was unwrapping my burger 🍔 it was cold from the middle. The bread was hard. I came back after driving a few minutes and asked for a fresh burger. They were not busy abd had at least 4 maybe 5 employees working.

I waited almost 10 minutes while my smoothie was melting away. When I mentioned it to the gentleman coming out. Oh I just got here. That makes everything okay. I opened the bag. The french fries were half way in the box flopped over and cold. The nuggets were cold. The burger was cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. I don't know why I waited almost 10 minutes to get cold food. And the fact that my smoothie is melting away I had to put it in the freezer so it would firm up some. I didn't even get a receipt so I don't have a number or any proof to show that I paid almost $13 for cold food melted smoothie. If that gentleman hadn't clocked in, who knows how long I would have waited.

Because of the landscaping in the area, I will never go through this drive through again. They could have asked him to pull forward and park, but they didn't
