Told her i would order online so i can use my gift card and she huffed and puffed and just closed the window on me. Came back around for my order and she just rolled her eyes. I thought manager were supposed to be useful but here they have the worst attitude. I wish i could give less stars.

When I politely stated that we chose dine-in in the app he just walked away. Bill needs trained on how to read mobile orders rather than just assuming all mobile orders are for carry-out. Bill also needs trained on how to talk to customers. Also, it’s almost February and the Christmas tree is still up. Perhaps Bill also needs a calendar for next Christmas.
