Stopped for dinner ordered their panko Alaskan fish sandwich and after what seemed like forever, I received a dried up hard "fish" sandwic I asked for a plain, dry cheeseburger for my daughter, it didn't have cheese.

Some guy with a septum couldnt get anything right with my order. Over charged me and seemed very lost / high. Terrible service go elsewhere.

My complaint has to do with them up charging to large every visit without asking. This last time I specifically said medium and when I got my receipt and food sure enough it was large again. This is fraud and inexcusable.

waited over 15 minutes for my order. When it was finally served, most of the food was cold. The fries were then taken back through the service window and returned, which raises concerns about cross-contamination and food safety.
In addition, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable. The food lacked freshness, was poorly prepared, and did not meet basic temperature standards. The extended wait time, combined with cold food and improper handling, resulted in a disappointing dining experience.
