  the smoothie bowls are fire but don't expect them to include what you ask for. Multiple times I've ordered the dragon fruit bowl which should not come with banana but they include it anyways which is annoying

  I remember why I stopped ordering food from this location. They will always get your order wrong. Got all the wrong food.

  Nice ambiance, good food. I wish they had more sugar free food and drink options. Everything was nice and I highly recommend

  Very disappointing experience. While I was trying to place my order, the employees were playing around on the intercom and laughing as if it was a joke, which made ordering frustrating and unprofessional. After I paid, I was told to pull forward and that my food would be brought out shortly even though there was no one behind me. I waited about 15 minutes before they finally brought the food out and the drink was missing. Once I got home, I realized there were no condiments included that should have come with the order and the food was not cut the way it normally is. Overall, the lack of professionalism, long wait time, and incorrect order made this a very poor experience. Definitely not what I expect from Tropical Smoothie.
