  they really need to do better the two girls there have no sense of urgency and makes you feel like your walking into a place to beg for things. I would really like to take my tip back cause they in no way shape or form deserve that tip. The product is good the service is not. And these type of services really can take away appetite for the product honestly so it’s just awful when bad service is combined with great quality products. I’m learning to start just asking for my refund instead trying to intake something with distasteful service.

  I’m at the point of leaving a negative review of this location because I’m actually sick of getting my order messed up time and time again. I’ve ordered 5 times now and asked for NO ONIONS on my damn quesadilla, and I’ve gotten onions every single time. It’s seriously not that hard. It’s ONE thing I’m asking for. ONE. Not once have I gone into this location and seen anyone who’s in management, or anyone that look older than 16. I will file as many complaints as it takes at this point since the app isn’t giving me any sort of compensation until I get this fixed.

  Delivery driver informed me he was ignored when he entered, while waiting in line and while sitting down. I was informed the drink was ready before his arrival but no one helped him. I never received the smoothie. Disrespecting someone working for me is disrespectful towards me.
