  Customer service bad here They want you to do everything on the online app.If this comes from Taco Bell corporate what happened about customer service My mother that's 85 years oldNo longer coming to Taco Bell.Too bad there's no Del Tacos in El Paso.At least they have registered in charge of customers

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The service was severely lacking, with the staff showing no helpfulness and zero customer service. The employee handling the drive-thru at night had a terrible attitude and seemed irritated by my presence, making it feel like I was bothering him just by ordering. Additionally, one of the employees was completely incompetent when it came to explaining the rewards program, and the shift leader could definitely use more training on how to effectively lead the team. Overall, a very frustrating visit with no real customer care. I hope they take this feedback seriously.
