I literally called just now to see if they have the baja blast pie to get one for my friend. And when I asked them if they had the baja blast pie they said nothing and hung up?? Called another location and got an actual answer. Never again.

The place looks dead, nobody at the register to take the order, so you must do it on the smart screen, unfortunately not everyone is ready for that, I want to eat in, tables dirty and sticky, needed to use the restroom but a staff has to open it for me because they can not give me the code or the key, and since they were busy my kid must wait, good thing wasn't an emergency, the food was as good as always, but that was my experience today.

Worst ever, food was cold, burnt and looked like .... Well just look at the pics. We should've taken it as a sign, when the drive thru experience seemed more like a conversation, rather than a service, and the cook pacing up the front counter ..

My crunchy tacos were not as crunchy as they should be. Since the advent of the kiosks to order and pay at there is never a free hand to hang around at the cash register to ask for a couple of forks since they no longer put certain items out where you can just grab them. So it took a while standing at the counter for someone to respond (isn't technology making so many things easier(?) but others are now a pain). The food really has been consistent over the years although back in the seventies all the hot food lacked temperature but eventually they improved that aspect. If the food had been up to par the best I would give them is 4 stars but that isn't horrible. 😆
