  Horrible service I had ordered a classic deluxe with extra meat on the burrito. There was no extra meat at all. The second taco felt like I was eating a tortilla.

  I placed an online order for about $50 worth of food, including two extra sides of queso (an additional $2 charge). When we received our order, there were no sauce packets, so we went back in to ask for them. The employee went to the back to ask another worker, who started saying repeatedly that she “already put them in the bag.” She had only included two, not the two extra I paid for. Even after I showed the receipt with the extra charge, it was unprofessional for her to shout from the back insisting she was right instead of just fixing the mistake. On top of that, when we asked for Diablo sauce, the employee said he was only allowed to give us four sauce packets — for a $50 order. Overall, the service and attitude at this location were disappointing, and the quality definitely doesn’t match the price

  Workers did not attend me when I was waiting for help at register because they wanted me to order on my own. Very rude told me they could not help me order an item that was on the menu but not at the electronic terminal.

  Very disappointed worker was friendly but quality it bad my quesadilla barely had chicken it was not cut and my large Fries I paid for on the side look like a small was barely filled I though some might have dropped in my bag and that was not the case will . Better to drive to another tacos bell for better quality to get what you paid for.

  Got here when no one was here, ordered just 2 crunchy tacos and a burrito off the tablet thing waited 20 mins before they acknowledged us and no one had even started on the order. Took 30 mins for 3 items
