I will genuinely never go back to this location. I came in for a pick up order for which I asked specifically for extra cucumbers, and there was exactly 2 cucumbers on my sandwich. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but when I went in to pick up my order, I went and asked the two ladies that were working for napkins, and one proceeded to tell me that there was already napkins in the bag with hella attitude, there was two, god forbid I want more??? i didn’t know she was the napkin king. Obviously, she should look for other employment since she can’t even handle basic customer service. Not to mention, my sandwich was made like she had a personal vendetta against me, all the vegetables were outside of my sandwich which looked like she strangled it before wrapping. This is my very first time here, I had to redo my sandwich myself once I got back to my work. And lowkey it taste horrible :)

Horrible service. “Manager” is rude and unprofessional. Asked for a Philly steak and got a foot long or pure vegetables. Asked her professionally what we can do for refund and I will provide proof of the meal which by the way they got both orders wrong and lacking the actual meat. And she asked to take the sandwich back. Started giving attitude and stated they would check cameras as if I would lie over a sandwich. And then proceeds to say that’s the way the owner does things. She continued to be rude and called me a liar. Pure rock hard bread vegetables and two pieces of meat. Do not eat here you’ll waste $30 and get treated horribly

February 02 update: 3/6 on getting untoasted subs. I dont know why I still bother ordering ahead at this location at this point.
Im currently 2/3 on getting my sub through the app untoasted even though its selected on the app. These are the first 2 subway subs I've ever had in my life that were not toasted and holy cow its disgusting
