- TATabi AmayaOct 18, 20251.0Service was horrible. Didn't even get acknowledged when we walked in. I ended up leaving because after 5 minutes of just standing there, she didn't even look up or had the courtesy to say hello. "I'll be right with you," nothing. Customer service is dead and it's because of employees like this.

I told them to charge me extra for the tomato that it was ok. They only added ONE more and they did not charge me for it. I think its ridiculous and bad service to the clients. The mgr was kind of upset when she was asked by the associate. I have always liked subway but being so petty about the tomato makes wonder if its worth it to keep coming.
