When my sister ordered she immediately was very short with her. She asked to order the protein pocket and was told it comes as is. No problem but she was very reluctant to let my sister order the extra veggies she wanted on the side so she can add them herself later. She need to be restrained in customer service cause it felt like an inconvenience for us to be there, as if she had something more important to do rather than her job
