On 19 Feb 26 went to get footlong no toaster herb bread hard called store back after couple min personnel got snippy dont go to the place at 11000 mccomb just eat elsewhere 15.00 for a poor sandwhich not worth it they forget cant always ask them to remake fix it right 1 st time

Even though we haven’t tried the food yet…literally on the way home….I just wanted to give a shout out to Celeste! My husband and I went in there today and I definitely was hangry and I’m pregnant on top of it. She held her self very well. And gave me nothing respect she definitely someone worth having! Thank you for the amazing service you gave us!

charged me 26$ for a sandwich i’ve received here multiple times for the price of 16$, called the manager and she was also rude telling me that there’s was nothing i could do minus me just filing a complaint & telling her i was just filing a complaint. the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, girl that helped me was on her phone and rolling her eyes, she had a very ugly attitude & the toaster was broken which i got no warning about and overheard from someone else.

I haven't been here in a while because of always having bad experiences, however, we were craving subway so decided to stop here since its closer to our house. Asked for a meatball sandwich, no meatballs, asked for Philly, no toaster. I really didnt want to go anywhere else because I just got out of work. I usually have issues with customer service, but the gentleman that was there, greeted, tried his best by offering warming up our sandwich in the microwave, he was kind and respectful. Thats customer service! Even if he didnt have all the resources to work with, he tried his best. I can tell that it was out of his hands. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because they have one employee working with no backup and resources. Even the chip racks were empty. They need to renovate, and built this location up again.
My most recent visit was the worst one i have ever had at this location or at any restaurant for that matter. I had ordered through the app and went to pick up my order. Upon opening the wrapper on one of the sandwiches, it was the right kind of sandwich, meatball sub; but it was NOT at all what i had ordered online. It was missing avocado and pepperoni as shown on my receipt and order history on the app. My daughter had to removed the onion, bacon, spinach, and other veggies that she had NOT requested. I called the first time and spoke to Adrian and was told to call back in 5 minutes bc he was very busy. I called back in 10 minutes, no answer. I called a couple more times, no answer. I went online to file a complaint on the website and it took forever to find it as well. I called the 1-800 customer service number and was redirected back to the website and found the "contact us" tab. I left all my information and have yet to hear from the via email as the message claimed after all the info was provided on their online form.
After that, I thought I would give it another go and try the store again. Adrian answered and knew it was me off the bat. He said that I would have to bring back the sandwich if i wanted my refund as he had said in the very beginning, along with a cookie and a drink for all the troubles. I told him I would not be able to go back last night, but could the following day and speak to Iris.
I showed up with receipt in hand and picture of the ingredients that were taken off around 4:30 and asked to speak to Iris and she was not in. In fact, one of the other female employees told me that she was not in at all that day. I explained to her about the whole issue and she said she would call Iris directly.
Well, Iris was no help whatsoever. She insisted that I have the sandwich at hand, which i didn't bc my daughter picked all the ingredients she didn't order and ate it bc she was hungry. It took from 7:03 to 7:44 pm, 4 times, to get a hold of Adrian again bc they just weren't answering the phone. How was i supposed to know that I had to tell my daughter not to eat the sandwich for 40 minutes to get an answer from Adrian??
Iris is one of the rudest managers I have EVER encountered. There was no apology for the mistake and no resolution to the issue bc she wanted HER sandwich returned in order for them to remake it and definitely no refund for their messing up the order to begin. IT IS MOST DEFINITELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I will add that this place is always a hit or miss. They NEVER have ice and the place is dirtier and dirtier over the decade that i have been going there. Iris needs to get fired for the way she treats the employees as well. She said that she would be writing up the employees from last night bc they are new and should know better. I told her that they have not been trained well and that she needs re-coach them. She also told me that she had to fire another employee for giving a free cup to a customer and her reason for not being able to re-make my sandwich. Like really??
The female employee share with me that there are numerous things that this woman is doing to threaten her and fellow employees. Something that i told her she should take up with HR or EEOC.
This woman is just not managerial material and should be terminated IMMEDIATELY!! She refused and refuses to take accountability for her employees and couldn't even fix the mishap as a one time courtesy due to a lack of communication from her store's employee. The unfortunate thing is that this location is a franchise and like most, don't care to take their customer issues to heart and fix them. I will NEVER return to this location, ever again. BEWARE!!!!
