- RRRaySernaPPLOct 25, 20252.0Stopped in tonight to get a sandwich, I should have looked at the reviews before stopping (lesson learned) bread was old and stale, toaster is busted and apparently its been broken for a LONG time. I got a drink too and when I went to fill my cup with ice machine was out, then they fill it from behind the counter and the girl who was very nice and courteous sees the ice land in my cup and dumps it out then proceeded to tell me dont get the ice. Really made me un easy. Anyhow I will not be back.

- LALeticia AlanizOct 9, 20251.0I went through the drive thru there was a sign saying it was out of order ,so I drove up to the window and waited for about 5 minutes. At that time the employee that was there turned and was giving me sign languages . I didn’t know was she was trying to tell me ,after a few minutes she came to the window and said you have to come inside. We went inside and as soon as we did she left to the back after a few minutes another employee came help us and charged us but was eager to to to the back as well . I asked him can we get our cup . He then asked do you want ice? At the point I ask for his managers name . Not because of him but for the first employee that was rude. She came and it was the rude employee she said she was the manger and that she could not give me the name of the higher up .she said she walked away because she had a call and she had to answer. She was very rude and told Me she did not need to give me her name . She had the worse attitude and I told her that’s no way to treat your customers. I’m sorry but that lady needs to be fired or retrained
