When I arrived I wasn't greeted or asked for what I'd like. The young man just kind of blankly looked at me, expecting me to provide my order. Then, after paying for my meal the young lady just provided my food without a thank you or have a nice evening. Normally this wouldn't bother me but in a world where people expect friendly service, this is just the wrong attitude. The sandwich again was good. But Subway either needs to improve customer service training or pay their workers more as employee morale seems to be low 🤔
